Space Rental Inquiry

Thank you for your interest in reserving space at the Community Extension Center. Submitting this form initiates your request but does not guarantee a reservation. Reservations will be confirmed upon approval, completion of a signed rental agreement, and receipt of the $50 non-refundable deposit.
