Gil (Scott) Keyes recently joined the Community Extension Center as the Events Coordinator. Prior to this role, he served as the Employer Engagement Coordinator for the Center for Career and Professional Success at Ohio State, where he built relationships with employers nationwide through career fairs and treks.
Before his work at Ohio State, Keyes worked with the Urban League Workforce Development, engaging individuals across all levels of education. He served as Dean of Students in D.C.
A graduate of Ohio Dominican University with a degree in communication, Keyes was a student-athlete on the basketball team and a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. After college, he spent five years coaching basketball, reflecting his ongoing commitment to youth and community engagement.
Keyes is currently continuing his education in Public Administration and aspires to earn his doctorate.
